    Qhnproperty.org is my digital marketing platform for new launch & brand new singapore properties. You were directed to this website because you were served an advertisement on facebook or by google or by a web search.

  • Are you a real estate agent or from the developer?

    No. I am not from the developer.

    Yes. I am an active & licensed real estate sales person registered with CEA.  The Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) is the regulatory body for salespersons and agencies. You can check my profile (Mobile: 97896475) from the CEA register

  • What do you mean by developer sales team?

    When the developer of a project appoints an estate agency as marketing agent, salespersons under that agency can choose to market that project and they will be known as the developer sales team.

  • Do I have to pay a commission to you for new launch?

    You may have come across advertisements claiming "NO COMMISSION PAYABLE". This statement preys on the ignorance of consumers. Indeed no commission is payable for new launches because the developer pays the commission for a successful sale and not the buyer. So the answer is No. 

  • I noticed a different style to your property advertisement. Why is that so?

    There are over 30,000 real estate agents in Singapore so there will be various styles of marketing. Regardless of the type of marketing, behind the advertisement is always a real estate salesperson. The most common way of digital marketing by sales persons is to purchase a web domain name that resembles the developer's name or the project's name.

    For launched projects, I prefer to present the project details as briefly as possible because the e-brochures already contains these information. Please request for an ebrochure if a project interests you.

  • Is it premature to advertise for a property that TOP in 5 years time?

    No. It's not premature.

    In recent times, the period between a developer being awarded a site through land sales and obtaining an approval for sales averages about 1.3 years. For sales persons, a marketing campaign of 6 months to 1 year is necessary to give proper coverage to a new launch. For buyers, this timeframe enables you to make proper financial planning to be ready for the launch.
